The Madonna Catalog is a HUGE web site that gets over 3,000 visitors each day. It's the largest, most complete, and most comprehensive site of its kind. Over one million unique visitors have enjoyed this web site since January of 1997 (just check out some customer TESTIMONIALS)! However, this web site is a "one-man show" run by a single dedicated fan, not by some huge company. I unfortunately can't afford to keep this web site 100% free, yet fast, reliable, and always up-to-date. It's very expensive to maintain a web site like this! Therefore, I need your support! For as little as $2.00, you can become a supporting member of this great web site. In exchange for your support, you will have access to beautiful and exclusive areas of the web site, plus so much more! For starters, check out an all-new PREVIEW AREA, which includes links to free preview pages of almost all of The Madonna Catalog's hundreds of members-only pages.

 

However, membership is NOT REQUIRED to view (or buy items from) the "for sale" pages, or for other pages like the "about me" page, news page, and my guest book (and a few other informational pages) which will remain 100% free for everyone to view. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once your membership is activated, whenever you first try to access a "member" page, it will ask for your username and password. Once you are logged in, you will have complete, unlimited and unrestricted access to ALL areas of the web site, until you quit your web browser (you won't have to keep entering in your username and password for each member page you encounter - but you must have "cookies" enabled in your web browser for this to work properly). Membership plans and prices are below.

 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

*Merchandise discounts are valid only on merchandise items advetised on the web site. Not valid on prior purchases, gift certificates, special orders, eBay auctions, shipping and handling, membership renewals, or non-merchandise items. Not valid on any items that appear on the "new items" page at the time they are reserved. Please email me if you have any questions.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND PRICES:

*Automatic membership renewals apply ONLY to those paid via PayPal through the online form. Memberships paid via cash, checks, money orders, and "manual" PayPal payments (sent by manually logging into your PayPal account and clicking on the "send money" tab) will NOT automatically renew.

 

**A "lifetime" membership is a permanent username and password that does not expire. It is valid for the life of the web site, not of the subscriber. A minimum of 2 years of web site access (from the date you signed up) is guaranteed. If the web site should be discontinued for any reason after 2 years (but less than 5 years) from your sign-up date, lifetime subscribers may submit a written request for a 50% refund of the membership fee.

 

"Trial" and "Lifetime" memberships do NOT automatically re-new. ALL other membership levels paid via PayPal will automatically re-new at the same rate, when the initial period ends. Please read the terms of service for complete information.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

For your convenience, The Madonna Catalog accepts many different forms of payment, depending on where you live. However, all payments MUST be in U.S. dollars.

 

For customers in the United States ONLY:
-Cash (at your own risk) via "snail mail" (address below)

-Personal, business, or bank checks via "snail mail" (address below)

-Money orders (postal, bank, or store) via "snail mail" (address below)

-Major credit cards, checking account, or savings account through PAYPAL* (this will get you the very FASTEST service)

All checks and money orders must be made out to Stephen M. Caraco. My mailing address is below.

*If paying via PayPal:

Fill out the online sign-up form, click "submit application," then you will automatically be brought through the PayPal process.

I will automatically receive an email from PayPal once you click the "pay now" button. If you included all the necessary information, there should be no need to send me an additional, separate email. This will only confuse me, and take longer for me to process your membership.

If you need to set up a PayPal account (which is fast, easy, and FREE), you'll be given a chance to do this during the application process.

 

For customers in Canada ONLY:

-SORRY, NO CHECKS from Canadian customers

-Canadian Postal Money order in U.S. dollars (sorry, no bank, or store money orders accepted)

-Electronic funds transfer through WesternUnion or MoneyGram (available ONLY for membership fees of $30 or more)
